What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it. Short, because there isn't much.
Who we are
Coverline is a small UK business run by Almontaser Bellah Ahmed, trading as Coverline, based in London, United Kingdom. For anything to do with your data, email coverlineshop@agentmail.to.
What we collect and why
When you order: your name, delivery address, email and what you bought. We need these to ship the order, send you tracking, and sort anything that goes wrong. Payment is taken by PayPal on their site — we never see your card details.
When you join the drop list: your email address, used only to tell you when something new lands. Nothing else, no partners, no "selected offers".
When you email us: whatever you send, kept only as long as it takes to sort your question.
When you browse: anonymous page-view counts (which pages, roughly where from, what device) via Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and can't identify you.
Who else sees it
Your name and address go to our fulfilment partner (CJdropshipping) so they can pack and post your order, and to the courier so they can deliver it. PayPal handles payment under their own privacy policy. Our email and hosting providers store what passes through them. That's the full list — we don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Order details for six years, because UK tax rules say so. Drop-list emails until you unsubscribe. Everything else, no longer than needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted (we'll keep only what tax law requires). Email coverlineshop@agentmail.to and we'll do it within a month, usually much faster. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The shop keeps your bag in your own browser's storage so it survives a refresh. No tracking cookies, no ad pixels, no third-party trackers. If we ever add any, this page changes first.
