The rules of buying from us, in plain English. These are the terms you agree to when you pay.
Who you're buying from
Coverline is the trading name of Almontaser Bellah Ahmed, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom. Contact: coverlineshop@agentmail.to. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK delivery. We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add. Payment is taken in full by PayPal when you place the order. If a price on the site is obviously wrong, we'll tell you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.
Your order
You'll get an email confirming what you ordered. The contract is made when we dispatch, not when you pay — if we can't supply something (out of stock, can't ship to your address) we'll refund you in full straight away.
Delivery
Orders ship from our fulfilment partner overseas. UK delivery usually takes 7–15 business days from dispatch; you get a tracking link by email. If it hasn't arrived 30 days after dispatch, tell us and we'll replace or refund it. Full detail on the shipping & returns page.
Changing your mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. Tell us by email within that window. Because orders ship internationally, posting things back rarely makes sense, so in most cases we'll agree a refund or store credit directly rather than ask for the item back — see the returns page for how that works in practice.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and a couple of photos. We'll send a free replacement or refund you in full, and you don't post anything back. This is on top of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, not instead of them.
Sizing
Every product page has the supplier's own size chart in centimetres and a note on how the sizing runs. Please check it before ordering — it's the single best way to avoid a wrong-size order.
The boring bits
We're not liable for losses that weren't a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, and nothing here limits your statutory rights. We can update these terms; the version on the site when you order is the one that applies.
